Antique Cambridge EAPG Wheat Sheaf Whiskey Decanter

Beautiful, eye-catching pattern on this antique whiskey decanter and 7 shot glasses made by The Cambridge Glass Company of Cambridge, Ohio.  The pattern is called “Wheat Sheaf” and it was part of Cambridge’s “Nearcut” line.  The Nearcut line was produced beginning in 1910, and the decanter’s model number was no. 131.  The decanter was blown molded and has a rough pontil on the bottom.   The set was estate-owned and is in very good condition for its age.  You will see that the stopper has some roughness and chipping to the base of it, but there were no other chips or cracks found on the decanter or shot glasses.  It measures 12” in height (including the stopper)  and 3 3/4” in diameter, measured at the base.
