Antique Elgin Art Deco-Era Diamond and Sapphire Wrist Watch /hg

Stunning Art Deco-era women’s wrist watch made by the iconic Elgin Watch Company. The watch casing is 14K white gold-filled and features two small round-cut diamonds and four baguette-cut sapphires. It has a 15 jewel manual wind up movement that, according to the serial number, dates it at 1928. The band is a newer, made by Spiedel.  It has stretch to it.  The watch was estate-owned and is in fair vintage condition. It is not currently working and will need servicing to get it operational. It will need a detailed cleaning too. **Will fit a variety of wrist sizes due to the stretchy band**
