Each version can be sewn as a popover top, or with the option for a button front placket. Each can also be sewn with a cropped, hip length, tie waist, or dress length hem. All versions feature bust darts with additional pattern pieces for C or D cup Full Bust Adjustments. VERSION A is a popover tank top or dress VERSION B is a button front tank top or dress.
