Jeep Wrangler (YJ)1986-1995.The Jeep Wrangler (YJ) was initially offered to the public in 1986, by Jeep’s newest owner, the Chrysler Corporation. This first-generation Wrangler, developed by American Motors, introduced rectangular grill lights; an evident contrast from the signature round headlights of the CJ Jeeps.
