Upon the rich green textured clip base is a beautiful Fall flower and three leaf design with pretty colors of russet pink  gold and bronze.   All details are hand painted with quality pigment powder colors. On the reverse of the flower barrette clip is a 3 inch metal hair clip fastener. Squeeze the prongs to open the clip and snap to close. A nice strong closure.  For medium thick hair.
