Pavement Dark - Dark Roast Blend

  Pavement Dark is our vision of what a good dark roast should be: robust and smooth, but never smoky or overly bitter. We roast it just a little bit darker than we usually go. Nothing crazy—just Pavement Dark.   This iteration of Pavement Dark is a blend of coffees from Mexico and Ethiopia. The coffee from Mexico brings balanced notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and black tea. The natural processed coffee from Ethiopia brightens the blend with a subtle pop of jammy fruit. Pavement Dark is a medium-dark roast blend, which is the darkest roast we do.
