Winter Solstice Seasonal Blend
We put together a bright fruity blend, a tip of the hat to the lengthening days in the future, but we took the roast a little darker than most of our coffees The result: a cozy yet vibrant cup equally suited to solitary nesting and holiday festivities. The Winter Solstice is a study in contrasts. It's the darkest time of the year, but it also marks the point when the days begin (very slowly) to get longer and lighter. It's a time of year to that invites us to hibernate in a cozy room with a good book, and also to gather and reconnect with friends and family.
