Binding cane is a natural plant fiber commonly used in furniture restoration and replacement projects. It acts as the final element in weaving cane chair seats, neatly covering and securing the holes along the seat’s edge. Additionally, it is employed to wrap joints, arms, and legs on certain furniture styles, improving durability and support. This versatile material can be woven into herringbone, diamond, or various geometric patterns and is also suitable for basket-weaving techniques. Available in three different widths.
