Patchwork Floor Cushion : Peace Cabin X Earth\Studies

The practice of meditation is often simply called “sitting”. Through this collaborative product exploration, Peace Cabin and Earth\Studies have addressed the act of 'sitting' with the creation of our oversized Patchwork Floor Cushion. The collaboration intends to facilitate grounded connection between human beings and the Earth through simple moments with tea, rest, and introspection. The floor cushion features a larger footprint than standard Peace Cabin pieces. The additional woven tape handle offers easy portability between HaB spaces.  This collaborative floor cushion is a larger size than any of our other floor cushions. It is created using pieced remnant yardage from recent Earth\Studies productions to create a patchwork upper, as well as a pieced cotton ripstop base. The additional cotton handle offers ease of mobility between spaces and the cushions features a collaborative woven label on the upper panels.
