In my print, the delicate watercolor serves as a backdrop to the inspirational poem about the myriad choices we make every day that affect the course of our lives, some for good, some not. Sometimes we won't know the consequences of some of the choices we made till many years later. So many of our daily choices seem like such innocent affairs, like the ubiquitous pebbles scattered about a walking path. My poem uses the imagery of pebbles as choices along our path of life~ each one asking us to make so many decisions every day. And what are the right answers?
