Original Art Print~"Show Me Thy Way" © Suzanne Davis Harden One day I walked into the Ophthalmologist’s shop to have new glasses made and the next thing I knew I had agreed to paint a portrait of someone and her pet mule. Throughout the process I prayed one of my favorite prayers for I had no idea how to do such a portrait with my health challenges at the time. I clearly felt the Lord wanted me to do it, but I had no confidence that I could meet the demand it would place on my time or strength. I was having daily migraines. These made it nearly impossible to see for any length of time. I prayed, “Lord, how can I paint for anyone when I can’t see without getting a mind splitting headache!” I had nothing to do but pray Psalm 25:4-5 “Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.
