Virtual Birth Doula

As a doula of almost 19 years I have experienced many types of births and supported many families in various birth settings such as hospital birth, homebirth, and birth center births. I am also experienced with supporting c-sections, vbacs, multiples, birth and pregnancy complications, and in the very rare circumstance loss.  Virtual support throughout your pregnancy and birth.   A virtual Doula provides continuous emotional, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth. The virtual Doula can be looked at as your birthing coach to help you through each step of your pregnancy and will help teach you birthing positions, comfort measures and help coach your birth partner through the entire process. When Should I Book? You can book as soon as you are ready I recommend somewhere between 20-32 weeks into your pregnancy. During your prenatal visits we will discuss: Anatomy of Pregnancy and Labor Nutrition and Lifestyle Support Parenting Prep and  Newborn Care Mindfulness, M
