It detaches 1.Position the substrate onto the transfer.2.Place the transfer and substrate in the press with the rubber knobs hangingoff the side of the press. (transfer on top of the substrate).3.Place the butcher paper or sheet or scratch paper over the substrate and transfer.4.Press the items using the settings 390 degrees for 60 sec5.Remove items from the press and remove the transfer from the substrate. Useheat gloves if necessary as items will be hot.6.Allow substrate to cool before attaching the flap to the sandal.To attach the flap use needle-nose pliers or screwdriver to push therubber knobs into the holes on the sandal.Sizing: XS - Kids Equivalent size 4, Women's size 5 S- Kids Equivalent size 6, Women's Size 7M-Women's equivalent 9, Men's size 7L- Women's equivalent 11, Men's size 9XL- Men's size 112XL - Men's size 13
