There wasn’t enough to ship fresh, but just enough to preserve — and we’re thrilled to announce the very first batch of August Flame Peach Jam. Deep Red, Orchard-Style FlavorAugust Flame peaches are famous for their striking red flesh near the pit, and that color comes through beautifully in this jam. The result is a deeper, richer red than our Zee Lady jam, with the same orchard-style, chunky texture you love. Crafted with Tracie Tenerelli’s famous recipe — just three ingredients (peaches, organic sugar, lemon) and no pectin — this jam lets the fruit shine.
