Introducing: Olives LA Extra Virgin Olive Oil Limited 2025 Harvest – Now Available for PreorderShipping the Week of November 24, 2025 A New Vintage From Our High Desert Orchard Experience the bold, nuanced flavor of our second harvest of Olives LA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, crafted from olives grown exclusively in our high-elevation orchard at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains in Littlerock, California. Hand-picked on our third-generation family farm, where warm days and cool nights shape the fruit, this small-batch oil is made from a carefully balanced blend of 70% Arbequina, 18% Manzanillo, and 12% Mission olives. Pressed and bottled in November 2025 using a first cold extraction method, the result is a bright, complex oil that reflects both terroir and tradition. Tasting Notes This year’s vintage is elegant and expressive, with notes of green almond, ripe stone fruit, herbaceous brightness, and a piquant finish.
