Maca, Gelatinized - 1/2 tsp.

"Gelatinized" maca (vegan, no animal gelatin) is a concentrated form of maca made from the finest hand-selected maca root powder. It is heated under pressure to remove the starches, providing a higher concentration of nutritional content.  Before the starch is removed, the maca roots are meticulously harvested, dried, and milled at low temperatures to preserve the vital nutrients. Maca is a pure and potent super root with a pleasantly nutty and malty flavor. It makes it a delicious addition to smoothies, sweets, desserts, and anything that contains chocolate!
