The floating yoke allows lifters of all sizes  to position their bodies into a biomechanically correct position. Top and bottom load positions for optimal strength training. Target hip/glutes when top loaded, and quads when bottom loaded. By varying your foot placement on the foot plate, you can put greater emphasis on the different muscles of the legs. It's designed to give the user a natural squatting motion, while reducing back and knee strain. Allows for execution of both front and back squats, making it more versatile when compared to other squat machines such as the hack squat.
