Approximately 235-250 lbs of premium grass-fed, grain-finished, ranch-raised beef. Pricing depends on weight of animal. Our beef is vacuum packaged and frozen. Steaks are cut between 1-1/2" and 2" (depending on cut) and all roasts weigh between 2.5 lbs and 3.0 lbs. Approximate number of cuts per 1/2 beef (may vary based on animal) - Ribeye Steaks (12)- New York Strip Steaks (8)- Tenderloin Filets (8)- Various Roasts (chuck, sirloin, etc.) (28)- Short ribs (8)- Cutlets (from rounds)- Tenderized skirt steak for fajitas (2-4)- Tenderized flank (2-4)- Brisket (2)- Ground beef (80 lbs) Cut sheets are available for custom processing.
