VTG Beautiful Green Blazer with Detailed Buttons and Velour

Fantastic vintage blazer with loads of character. Black velour collar, buttons, and faux pockets. The collar is lined with beautiful silver buttons with a jewel in center. Each sleeve cuff has a unique jewel sewn in.No tags. Guessing from age and style it is a 90's blazer. The fabric is polyester w/ an acetate lining.
