Schley In-Shell Pecans

There’s something rewarding about the process of cracking open nature’s packaging and enjoying the results of your efforts, a Pearson Farm fresh pecan. One of the founding fathers of the pecan industry, the Schley pecan has a heritage as rich and deep as the Georgia soil. The paper-thin shell of the Schley pecan is easily cracked by hand, and the kernel is plump and oily. All of our In-Shell Pecans are USDA Grade U.S. Extra Fancy.  Please note that weather significantly affects our pecan crop.  Oil content is directly related to moisture totals, so a drier fall season will lead to less oil in pecans.   *See Shipping Details below for CA and AZ orders
