Their earliest model dates to ’66 with the creation of the FG180 Folk model, their first in-house engineered guitar. The APX600 followed suit to its predecessor, the best-selling APX500, but added a few cosmetic refinements. Now, it’s easier than ever to access the full fretboard due to its thinline cutaway design. The distinctive oval-shaped soundhole was also revamped to produce more prominent low tones and reactive middle-range harmonic blasts.
