Balloon Garland Class 12/2/2023

This is a basic garland class! Class will begin at 4:00 and end at 6:00. If you’re looking to add some fun to your parties, decorate your business, and show off for the PTA, this is the class for you.  We will cover the following: inflating tying assembling your garland adding foil balloon accents overall Christmas theme *Only participants that have purchased a ticket are permitted. We ask that you do not bring young children or other guests.*
