This coffee is sourced from family owned farms that are a part of the producer association, ASOTBILBAO. This association was formed by a group of young agricultural graduates who sought to support their home community of coffee farmers. ASOTBILBAO’s mission is simple: “Advance our production by applying best agricultural practices and environmentally friendly cultivation methods, and thus improve the welfare for our families and surroundings.” Roast: Medium What We Taste: A creamy, nutty medium body, with hints of Chocolate and Candied Orange.  Roasted by Peekskill Coffee Roasting Company * Please note that our coffee is roasted fresh every Wednesday!
