The Hidalgo has a thinner body that is in demand by today’s bajo sexto players. A six stage rosette contains three different binding styles along with a mosaic beadwork pattern. The natural cedar top is surrounded by a two tone, double-pattern binding paired with beautifully stained back & sides.  When strummed, the satin finished, cedar build generates a full range of overtones that will fill an entire room.
