This special annual release marks the next chapter in our Straight Rye Whiskey Toasted series. A blend of craft, chance, and character. After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, we finished our 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley mash bill in a new Char 2, Heavy Toast barrel. Bottled at 100 proof, this year’s expression delivers layers of toasted marshmallow, warm caramel, and a gentle spice that lingers. That’s the serendipity of Penelope.
