These oysters are grown off the coast of California taking three to four years to reach perfection. The best things in life are worth the wait rings very true for these plump, flavorful oysters. Flavor Profile: Sweet flavor with a cucumber finish. Size: 2.5" - 3" TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box. Place them in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices. Cover your shellfish with a damp towel. Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE. Shellfish stored this way will easily keep for 5 - 7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor. SHIPPING We harvest and pack your product the same morning the product is shipped! This means the product arrives on your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest! Orders placed Monday before 9:00am PST ship out same day.  Orders placed Monday after 9:00am PST ship out Tuesday.
