Offering one of the most beautiful looking oysters the Willapa Bay has to offer. We tumble farm our Willapa Bay Pacific Oysters in baskets along the bay. Our oysters rock effortlessly in rhythm with the tide, allowing them to grow a flawless cup shape.  Flavor Profile: Mild umami taste with a bursting-tender texture and dusky stone finish. Size: 2" - 3" TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box. Place them in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices. Cover with a damp towel. Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE. Shellfish stored this way will easily keep for 5 - 7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor. SHIPPING We harvest and pack your product the same morning the product is shipped! This means the product arrives on your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest!
