For nail art, we recommend: Starting with a layer of base gel or dip powder to create a surface to work on. Apply your number one or base gel to do your nail art. (Angel dipping, Full coverage, Sugaring, Obre) If dip powder: seal it in with a clear, and continue your nails as normal If gel: cure it and finish like normal steps
