STEP 3: SHINE - GENTLE LIQUID

Gentle Step 3: Shine is the last step that will seal, protect, and puts a beautiful shine to your manicure!  Our hypoallergenic and odorless Shine is a HEMA-Free Gel Topcoat that requires a UV/LED light to cure. After curing, remove tackiness by cleaning with isopropyl alcohol!
