Pu'erh teas are a type of Dark tea which undergo a fermentation process (unlike Black teas which have only been oxidised). This Shou Pu'erh is quite young (aged about 2 years) and is an excellent choice for those who are new to drinking Pu'erh. It is rich with marine and cedar notes but not quite as earthy as older teas.
