Estradiol cypionate is commonly prescribed for improving uterine tonicity, maintain jump mares, create teasers from geldings, pretreatment before giving sulperide or domperidone to anovulatory mares (premature udder development), pregnancy maintenance over an extended period of time or relax stifle.
