The exercises in this program are designed to improve your pull ups. It can be paired with our foundational training programs like Hypertrophy, Strength or P&S. It should not be done in conjunction with other “Kicker” programs.  Program Most Optimal with -*     Full Commercial Gym *     Bands - 1 1/8”, 1 3/4”, 2 1/2”, & 4” wide *     6 or 10lbs Paraball Be Strict in your movements and keep track of your numbers for the each time option.  Each exercise has a demonstration on our YouTube channel.  They are to be done with a focus on accuracy above total number.  Sloppy reps are no more valuable than sloppy shooting.   *YOU CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD A PROGRAM TO A COMPUTER OR LAPTOP NOT A PHONE.
