Maven MMA 3030 (discontinued)- Medium Set 15 minutes MMA Adhesive - Medium Viscosity White 1:1 ratio

This formula has been discontinued, the two authorized replacements are these: Maven MMA530  - Direct substitute, but more environmentally resistant Maven MMA3010 - Faster setting 10-12 minute version of the MMA3030 Maven MMA3030 was a two-part methacrylate adhesive suitable for structural bonding of various metals, plastics and composites. The product did not need surface preparation or primer. This was a 1:1-part methacrylate adhesive with an open time of 15 minutes and handling strength was achieved in less than 30 minutes. It gave excellent bond strength with stiffness, and bonded to a wide variety of metals including galvanized surfaces and plastic assemblies. Directions of applicationsWipe off and degrease the surface to be bonded. Use eye protection and gloves to avoid skin contact. Dispense a desirable amount of adhesive using a dispensing dispenser. The nozzle sizes can be selected according to the desired bond thickness. Join the substrates with the specified work-life of this material and allow it to cure at room temperature. Do not disturb the parts during the curing process. Excess adhesive can be wiped off. Safety and handlingWear eye protection and gloves. Harmful if swallowed. Keep it away from heat, flames. Keep out of reach of children. Once used keep the containers closed. Storage and shelf lifeStore this product in a tightly closed container in a cool and well-ventilated area. Product should not be frozen. Keep it away from any source of heat. Store the material in between 51℉ to 75℉. Continuous exposure above 75℉ will reduce the shelf life.
