The portrait is surrounded by a wonderful decorative motif featuring a stylized lion at the bottom of the print as well as a laurel-leaf crown at the top of the print, symbolizing his military accomplishments and success. This piece is accompanied by the original German biographical text printed on a separate sheet and featuring a decorative drop cap, vignette and head-and tail-pieces.
