This is an original 1722 black and white copper engraving of "Graf Jacob von Anhold," also known as Johann Jakob von Bronckhorst-Batenburg, Graf Jacob von Anholt und Bronckhorst, or simply Graf Anholt (Count Anholt), was an Imperial General Lieutenant or Field Marshal of the Holy Roman Empire. The portrait is surrounded by a wonderful decorative motif featuring a face and botanical design at the top of the print and two oppositionally placed angels blowing trumpets within an intricate filigreed design at the bottom of the print.
