Comes de Wirbna," also known as Wenceslas Comte de Wirbna, a member of the Imperial Privy Council and Captain of the Guard in the Habsburg Empire. The portrait is surrounded by a wonderful decorative motif featuring a face and botanical design at the top of the print and two oppositionally placed angels blowing trumpets within an intricate filigreed design at the bottom of the print.
