This is an original 1903 halftone print depicting a mummy from Deir-El-Bahari, Egypt, who Egyptologist Gaston Maspero believed to be Thutmosis I based on his resemblance to Thutmose II and Thutmose III. This item is from a limited edition collection of important historical prints of Ancient Egypt produced in 1903. The edition size produced at that time was out of 1,000 and this collection of prints was numbered 763. The edition and number are not present on the individual item but rather was provided for the collection as a whole. CONDITION This 108+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+.
