This is an original 1907 black and white print ad for the New York Belting and Packing Company, featuring its Interlocking Rubber Tiling in the Webb Horton House, located in Middletown, New York. The mansion was designed by architect Frank Lindsey in 1902, and is now the Orange County Community College. Eugene Horton, an heir of Webb, employed architect David Hastings Canfield to design the property's outbuildings. In 1990, the property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The house was also famously featured in the 1887 pattern book Artistic Country-Seats' by George William Sheldon. CONDITIONThis 104+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. No aging. No creases.
