This is an original 1907 black and white halftone print of the Sighs Bridge in Venice, Italy. This enclosed arched limestone bridge stands over the Rio di Palazzo and connects to the interrogation rooms of Doge's Palace with the Piombi (former prison). This historic structure was erected in 1602, and designed by Antoni Contino.
