This is an original 1923 color print of the historic Peirce-Nichols House in Salem, Massachusetts. This estate was erected in 1782 on 80 Federal Street by Jerathmel Peirce and designed by Samuel McIntire. For many years, it was noted as the finest wooden Colonial house in New England.
