This is an original 1925 photogravure of the Chapel of the Burning Bush at the Monastery of St. Catherine at the foot of Mount Sinai in the Sinai Peninsula. According to tradition, this Chapel marks the spot where God spoke to Moses from a burning bush. Photograph by Dr. Gšttsberger, Munich.
