This is an original 1926 photogravure of the theatre in Delos, Greece (Hellas). Delos is an island of the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea. Excavations are continuously taking place, and ithe island is said to have been inhabited since the 3rd millenium BC. The theatre could seat 5,500 spectators.
