This is an original 1929 photogravure of the Qasr (Kasr) Ain Mustafa Kashif Monastery in the Kharga Oasis, (El-Kharga, Charga), Egypt. Located north of the cemetery of El-Bagawat this monastery is a well preserved brick structure built in the 4th or 5th century.
