This is an original 1934 photogravure of the Weltenburg Abbey located in Kelheim, Germany (Deutschland) on the banks of the Danube River. The monastery is thought to have been founded by the Irish or Scottish in 620. The abbey church was completed in 1739 by the Asam Brothers. The photographer of this image is from G. m. b. H.
