FIZZIQ Regulator

This is the original regulator that ships with the FIZZIQ system, with a quick-disconnect fitting for the gas hose to the FIZZIQ bottling machine. This is a medical-quality regulator with a preset, tamper-proof pressure setting for safety, and a gauge that shows the tank pressure. The regulator mechanism is of the diaphram type. We also have another variant with with a brass body and no gauge, with regulator mechanism of the piston type. It is equally capable, but at a lower price. Both have a quick disconnect to attach to the gas-in hose of the FIZZIQ machine. Gauge or No Gauge? The pressure gauge on a CO2 regulator arguably serves no useful purpose in this context, and is delicate and prone to damage. Here’s a quick physics explanation for why the gauge is of limited value.
