Katwise inspired green felted 100% cashmere sequins pixie jester hat-1481

Part of my handmade felted 100% cashmere/fleece hat line. The machine needle-felting process makes this much softer and warmer than anything non-felted (and takes a LOT longer to make, which accounts for the cost).  Stretchy material fits most but do take a look at the rough measurements below.  This one is a hybrid between my regular hats and the hoods. It has long flaps that hang down on the sides to keep your ears warm and cozy. This particular hat is one of my BEST. Note the embroidery and sparkling sequins, all painstakingly sewn/woven into the fibers with invisible thread. FAR superior than just gluing stuff.😎 It also has cute gold clapperless jingley bells at the end of the tail that make a tinkling sound when you move.
