Katwise inspired red white snowflake felted 100% cashmere/fleece recycled sweater elf hat-1467

Part of my handmade felted 100% cashmere/fleece hat line. The machine needle-felting process makes this much softer and warmer than anything non-felted (and takes a LOT longer to make, which accounts for the cost).  Stretchy material fits most but do take a look at the rough measurements below.  This one is a hybrid between my regular hats and the hoods. It has flaps that hang down on the sides to keep your ears warm and cozy and has a cute red jingley bell sewn at the tip of the tail.This hat is luxurious 100% machine-needle-felted cashmere. I took some of the snowflakes out of the fleece design and also machine-felted them onto the cashmere, creating a sort of appliqué effect.
