Katwise inspired blue felted 100% cashmere recycled sweater elf hat/hood-1511

Part of my handmade felted 100% cashmere/fleece hat line. The machine needle-felting process makes this much softer and warmer than anything non-felted (and takes a LOT longer to make, which accounts for the cost).  Stretchy material fits most but do take a look at the rough measurements below.  This hood is luxurious 100% machine-needle-felted cashmere, mixed with a bit of fleece for visual flare. It has a pair of lovely gold clapperless jingley bells sewn at the end of the tail (the same kind often found on elastic drawstring hippie type skirts).Closure: One large sturdy snap button Hood Brim: This one DOES have the upgraded hood brim (more about that HERE.) This one, rather than a "closed hat" design, is basically a hood. I really like this design because unlike a hat that's either "on" or "off", you can pull the hood down off the head but still be wearing it and not lose it.
