Purple gradient felted cashmere/wool pixie elf hat/hood-1396

Part of my handmade felted wool/cashmere/fleece hat line. The felting process makes this softer and warmer (and takes longer to make).  This one, rather than a "closed hat" design, is basically a hood. It fastens with two hook/eye closures at the front (with several lighter weight frog closures for decoration), so it stays on you and can be worn up over the head or you can let it hang down like a hood. I really like this design because unlike a hat that's either "on" or "off", you can pull the hood down and not lose it. Since this is a hood rather than a hat, it's also WAY more flexible in terms of fit. If you have any doubts though, just ask. :-)  You can sometimes find things like this on Etsy for the same price as mine (usually around $40-$60), but mine are felted, so thicker, way more durable, and a lot warmer.
