No need for messy extra inserts! Absorbent inner soaker has elasticized sides for snug fit to avoid leaking. Velcro closure allows for a slightly adjustable fit.  Please note that some shrinkage will occur after washing.Please try on for size upon receipt of order. Exchanges will be made for unlaundered unused belly bands only.
